#4: Job Briefings
Job Briefings, JSAs, JHAs and Stop Work Authority are important for all projects, both in inside electrical work as well as outside line and utility construction and maintenance. Taking the time to prepare all workers for the tasks involved and ensuring everyone is qualified to perform those tasks is the subject of our conversation today. Whether it is NFPA 70E or 1910.269/1926 Subpart V, following the correct steps and conducting a proper Job Briefing, will remind all workers to prepare for all of the hazards they may face.
